1917 French Army panoramic drawing of a sector in Serbia
This is a panoramic drawing detailing the area from around Bukovo, in what was then Serbia's southern province of Macedonia. It was in a sector that contained the French Army 57th Infantry Division, part of the Armee d'Orient that was commanded by General Maurice Sarrail. Drawn on 13 August 1917, it details towns and other locations, for example, Hill 1248 that had featured in the Battle of Monastir, as well as mountains and various other points of interest.
