Lamp base, Pauline Pottery, Edgerton, 1888-1894.
Earthenware lamp base with two applied handles. Hand-painted underglaze in three zones: a horizontal band of stylized curving forms in green and yellow, a diagonal strip of pink flowers with black outlines, and white flowers with green leaves outlined with black in the main body. Upper portion airbrushed with green underglaze, lower portion airbrushed with red underglaze.
