Battersea Grammar School 250th Anniversary CelebrationsThe film begins with scenes inside the school, including the auditorium, wood shop class, art class, science, and library. Students in a gym class do exercises such as jumping jacks and vaulting. In another scene the women prepare the school dinners, which the students are shown eating. A panoramic shot of outside of the school. The uniformed cadet corps stand in the grounds for inspection. They are also shown getting into two-seater airplanes. The 250th anniversary celebrations follow. People gather at the school to see student-created work and watch the boys participate in boxing matches. Fireworks end the day.
